Deep-well pump maintenance procedures and common troubleshooting methods

Deep well pump is a kind of pump that is immersed in surface water wells to suck moisture. It is widely used in fields such as field extraction and irrigation, factories and mines, water supply and drainage in large cities, and wastewater treatment. The deep well pump must be overhauled at least once a year to ensure its excellent operation and working efficiency. Next, let’s talk about the overhaul of deep well pumps and the handling of common problems.
Technical specifications for maintenance of deep well pumps.
1. Thoroughly dissolve and clean up.
2. Check the wear of rolling bearings and rubber bearings, and replace them when necessary.
3. Check for wear, erosion, bending, repair or replacement of the shaft.
4. Check the wear condition of the impeller, adjust the swing of the impeller, and clarify the rotor dynamic balance of the impeller.
5. Check the shaft sealing equipment.
6. Check the pump body, there should be no gaps, and the product flow channel should be unobstructed.
7. Check whether the plastic straws, water supply pipes and connecting pipes are intact.
8. Eliminate and remove the dirty things in the pump.
9. Clean and spray the scale of the pump.
2. Common problems and solutions of deep well pumps.
1. The deep well submersible pump cannot suck oil or the lift is not enough:
The rolling bearing of the centrifugal water pump in the deep water well is seriously damaged.
The motor cannot be operated; the pipeline is blocked; the pipeline is cracked; the water filter system is blocked; the moisture absorption port is exposed to the river surface; the motor is reversed, the pump body is sealed, and the impeller is damaged; the head exceeds the rated current of the submersible pump head; the impeller is turned over. The motor cannot be started; the pipeline is blocked; the pipeline is cracked; the water filter system is blocked; the moisture is absorbed and the river surface is exposed; the motor is reversed, the pump body is sealed, and the impeller is damaged; the lift exceeds the rated value of the submersible sewage pump; the impeller is turned over.
2. Poor airtightness: After the deep well pump motor has been used for a period of time, the airtightness is abraded or, of course, aging causes poor airtightness, resulting in leakage.
Solution: Replace worn parts.
3. The current of the deep well pump is too large, and the ammeter needle shakes:
Reasons: cleaning the motor rotor; the relative rotation between the shaft and the shaft sleeve is not convenient; because the thrust bearing is severely worn, the impeller and the sealing ring rub against each other; the shaft is bent, the core of the rolling bearing is not the same; the moving water level is lowered to the sewage Below the mouth; the impeller swallows the nut loose.
Solution: Replace the rolling bearing; thrust bearing or thrust plate; return to the factory for maintenance.
4. Leaking water outlet: Replace the water outlet pipe or adopt plugging measures urgently. You can hear the rotating sound of the deep well pump wheel lifted in the deep water well (the instrument panel also rotates normally), but it can’t absorb moisture or only a small amount of water comes. This kind of thing is more common in the water outlet damage.
Solution: repair the sewage pipe.
5. The starting capacitor is invalid: replace the capacitor with the same specification and model. After the switch power supply is connected, a humming sound can be heard, but the motor of the deep well pump does not rotate; at this time, if the impeller is turned slightly, the deep well pump can tell that the power capacitor is damaged.
Solution: Replace the capacitor.
6. Stuck pump: Most of the well pump impeller is stuck by dirt. You can twist the core screw of the impeller and remove the impeller to eliminate the dirt such as sand and stone. The pump did not rotate, but a rumbling sound could be heard. Most of the centrifugal water pump impeller was stuck with dirt. The river water body contains a lot of sand due to the geological environment, which can easily cause damage to the filter.
7. Power failure: This is also caused by the motor winding and power failure caused by water seepage in the deep-water well pump. It can be wrapped with waterproof tape.
8. The submersible sewage pump is not running smoothly, the water output of the centrifugal water pump is suddenly cut off, and the motor stops running.
reason:
(1) The working voltage of power distribution is too low; a certain point of the power circuit is short-circuited; the air leakage switch is disconnected or the fuse is burned, the switching power supply is turned off; the motor stator coil is burned; the impeller is stuck; the motor cable is damaged, and the cable power plug is damaged ; The three-phase cable cannot be connected; the winding of the motor room is burned out.
Solution: Check the common faults of the route, the common faults of the motor winding and its removal;
(2) Deep water well pumping pump and water pipe cracking:
Solution: fish deep well pumps and replace damaged water pipes.
Brief description: Some new problems will occur in the operation of deep well pumps. Comprehensive and specific analysis should be carried out based on common fault conditions, and a reasonable maintenance and repair plan should be formulated to ensure long-term and high-efficiency operation of machinery and equipment.1-27-300x300
