4、 Stainless steel submersible pump cannot idle

The reason why the stainless steel submersible pump can not idle: the cooling method of the general stainless steel submersible pump is water-cooled. Whether it is internal water cooling, external water cooling or external and internal double water cooling, water is required as the medium to complete the cooling and heat dissipation of stainless steel submersible pump. When the stainless steel submersible pump idles, there is no water to cool the heating parts such as windings and bearings of the submersible pump, so the submersible pump is not allowed to idle.

The internal and external double water cooling method of the submersible pump has a good cooling effect. The inner cavity of the submersible pump is filled with water, and the stator core, stator winding, rotor core and rotor winding (rotor guide bar and rotor end ring) are immersed in water, which is directly cooled by the water in the machine. The heat generated by the stator iron loss of the motor, the resistance loss of the stator slot winding and part of the resistance loss of the end winding directly passes through the stator core and is transmitted to the cooling water flowing through the outer surface of the casing through the casing. Part of the heat generated by the resistance loss of rotor winding and rotor iron loss is directly transmitted to the stator through the air gap and taken away by the cooling water outside the motor through the stator; Another part of the water transmitted to the rotor cavity, together with another part of the resistance loss heat transmitted by the stator end winding to the inner cavity for water filling and the heat generated by mechanical loss, is transmitted to the stator core, casing and bearing seat through the inner cavity water filling, and finally to the cooling water through the surface of motor casing, bearing seat and other parts.

Another reason why the submersible pump can not idle is that the pump head part of the submersible motor is smooth with water. If it idles without water, dry grinding will occur between the pump shaft and the bearing bush. The motor is very simple, overloaded and heated, and the motor will be burned.
